Today's headlines in Kalamazoo are, as west Michigan transitions from the winter season to the pothole season and then on to construction season, Michigan Department of Transportation crews will be out on I-94 and U.S. 131 at night; The largest and perhaps most disruptive road project Kalamazoo County will see in years will begin in just a few weeks when a section of I-94 will be rebuilt east of Oakland Drive; As the gubernatorial race moves forward, candidates are rolling out their proposals to get Michigan back on track; and The state of Michigan has released what it says will be the 50 jobs that will be most in demand in the future.
